This is far more than a recruitment role.
You'll become the guardian of our talent pipeline, ensuring every new Personal Assistant reflects the values, standards and luxury experience that make Venelle different.
Working closely with our Registered Manager and Director of Care Operations, you'll oversee recruitment, onboarding, safer recruitment compliance and workforce planning, helping shape the future of one of the UK's most innovative homecare providers.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead the end-to-end recruitment of Venelle Personal Assistants.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates against Venelle's values, personality and professional standards.
Create engaging recruitment campaigns that reflect Venelle's luxury brand.
Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of exceptional candidates ready to support future client growth.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first enquiry through to onboarding.
Workforce Planning
Work closely with the Registered Manager to understand current and future staffing requirements.
Anticipate recruitment needs based on new client referrals and business growth.
Help ensure Venelle always has the right people available to deliver exceptional care.
Safer Recruitment & Compliance
Manage all pre-employment checks, including references, Enhanced DBS, Right to Work, qualifications and employment history.
Ensure recruitment records remain accurate, compliant and inspection-ready.
Support recruitment audits and CQC compliance activity.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Coordinate all onboarding documentation, contracts and compliance paperwork.
Provide every new Personal Assistant with a professional, welcoming introduction to Venelle.
Work alongside operational colleagues to ensure smooth inductions and successful integration into the team.
Retention & Continuous Improvement
Help develop initiatives that improve Personal Assistant engagement and retention.
Monitor recruitment performance, identify trends and recommend improvements.
Gather feedback from candidates and new starters to continually enhance the recruitment journey.
Review recruitment processes, interview techniques and candidate assessments to ensure Venelle remains an employer of choice.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines exceptional recruitment expertise with a genuine passion for people.
You'll have experience recruiting within adult social care, healthcare or a similar sector, alongside an excellent understanding of safer recruitment and employment compliance. Most importantly, you'll know how to recognise outstanding people - individuals who don't just meet the requirements of the role, but embody the compassion, discretion and professionalism that define Venelle.
